Focus on full hip extension at the top for maximum activation. -RDLs (3x10-12): A staple for your hamstrings and glutes. To avoid low back pain, keep the barbell close to your legs and really focus on pushing your hips back. -Bulgarian Split Squats (3x10-12): These are tough, but they’re amazing for building strength and stability in each leg. Push through that front foot! -Hip Abductions (3x10-12): Perfect for targeting the side glutes. Controlling this movement is key for maximum engagement. -Hamstring Curls (3x10-12): Great for isolating your hamstrings and improving overall lower-body strength.
