buck is good but lack of heals can hurt the team grab a starlord and fly to the flank then ult once the supports are down free cap and you can help kill the tanks

There's a bigger description of the abilities on their site, and for Loki's ultimate it says that using a copied ultimate will increase the time you're in disguise => not a bug.

I think its to not interfere with abilities that take time, yeah sure it may be op but you are just essentially fighting another character with ult up
