I always tip 20% but I wish I didn’t need to tip BEFORE the service. I’ve had groceries left at the wrong house. Would you tip a hair dresser before only to see them butcher your hair?

I know tips are optional, but from what I noticed is that people that have the biggest order or drive the fancier cars and are comfortable, leave little to no tip.

I use Instacart simply because I hate going out let along doing the shopping, my order last week was close to 600$, I tipped each of the drivers 40$, I appreciate them doing the shopping for me

Just to bring some light from a different angle, the final price tag cannot determine the amount of tip. Just because food prices go up doesn’t mean the service or qualities any better.

I’m not tipping a driver a percentage of my order. I tip based on mileage to store and if groceries, a little more. A $500 order doesn’t mean a $50-100 tip for the driver
