Let’s break down the typical cycle here⬇️  you want to lose weight, so you decide you’re going to cut out all the “bad” foods (aka, chips, chocolate candy, burgers etc)  you do a great job of this from Monday-Friday  But as soon as Friday night comes around or you find yourself in a social situation where you’re surrounded with all the foods you’re “not allowed” to eat… Next thing you know you’re not only eating the the foods you told yourself you wouldn’t, but you’re eating them in excess, to the point where you’re even bloated/uncomfortable  you wake up the next morning with feelings of guilt, shame, helplessness because you’ve fallen off track once again. You say “screw it”, I’ll start again on Monday, and the cycle continues…  We make these rigid plans for ourselves with the intention of losing weight, but ironically, we get so restrictive that our weekend ends up putting us back into caloric maintenance (or even a surplus) anyways.  When your weekday diet feels like a prison, every single weekend/social situation will feel like a “get out of jail free card” (aka we go over board simply because of the mental scarcity we’ve created around these foods). Fat loss comes down to quantity, and yes eating quality foods will help of course, but just because something is bad for you in high quantities does not mean it’s bad for you in ALL quantities.   Shift away from a week that looks like this: 🥦🍏🥬🥒🥗🍔🍟🍕🌭🥓🌮🍫🍭 And start moving towards a week that looks like this: 🥦🍏🍪🥗🍇🥒🍕🥑🫐🫑🍫  Not only will you be more compliant to your fat loss calories and feel more in control, but you’ll also have a FAR greater relationship with food🤍 #howtoloseweight #howtolosefat #fatlosstips #relationshipwithfood #weightlossplan #weightlossjouney
