He made multiple flight arrangements that day but they were all going to the same place and he was just trying to get better seats. His attorney also argued that the song the government said was about this M for Hire was recorded 8 months before the Incident. Documents supporting these arguments have now been uploaded…but the judge had these during the hearing so they were not enough to say her to release him
