@emzy7z: Spicy Crispy Chicken & Steamed Cabbage🍗🥬 Recipe📜 Marinade the chicken with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce & 1 egg. Spicy sauce contains: chili oil, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin, gochujang, msg & brown sugar. Slice cabbage to thin slices and steam for 12mins, season with salt, sesame oil & lemon juice. The dredge is just equal parts wheat flour, cornstarch, white pepper & salt. Deep fry 375 F / 190°C oil, until golden crispy (2mins about), add spice sauce to a pan, add a dash of water & cornstarch slurry. Garnish with chives & sesame seeds.
