Swiss bestie here! Raclette in the U.S. is not great lol. Try getting it from a cheese shop. The top needs to be bubbling before you scrape it over potatoes. Then season as you like! Should be melty!

Did you get Swiss or French raclette? You might like French more if you got Swiss as it tends to be more mild
