I don’t know what I did, but, I had drop foot (temporarily) for just over 3 weeks, it was very unpleasant. Didn’t think I would ever get my mobility back.

Don't have MS but I do have drop foot due to neuropathy in my legs... I always wondered why it was easier to walk in high tops. It probably holds my foot in place like this...

I’ve got drop foot, I use a FES which sends an electrical shock to my calf muscle which then lifts my foot
