Same in the Philippines! I brought a traders joe tote bag full of laundry and they charge $5 for wash, dry and fold!! I gave $2 tip and she was so happy!

You don't really need the ironing service since they fold them so neatly. A lot of the time it's just a supplemental income for a small business or household so it's a win win.

when i started working far away from my home city i tried weekly laundry then found out about laundry mats. it was cheaper and will not have backaches/hand skin peeling due to laundry soaps. +
