Ever catch yourself trying to control how others act, what they think of you, or how they show up in your life? Exhausting, right? That’s where Mel Robbins’ Let Them theory comes in—three simple words that hold SO much power. The idea? If someone wants to leave, let them. If they don’t support you, let them. If they don’t see your worth, let them. Why? Because trying to change people, convince them to stay, or make them treat you differently is a battle you’ll never win. Instead, shift your focus inward. The right people, opportunities, and energy will align when you stop chasing and start allowing. I’ve just started reading Mel Robbins’ book about the Let Them theory and wow, is it eye opening. I am only on chapter 4, but already I have learned so much. We cannot control anyone but ourselves, which I know. However, what I didn’t realize was just how much power I was giving to other people. In the book, she explains why we as humans feel the need to try to control everything and how detrimental stress is for us. I have started using it already and it is amazing how quickly it works and changes your stress levels. The book goes deeper into the Let Them theory, but the gist of it is to just let them, let them just do their thing because the only person you can control is you. When you embrace “Let Them,” you gain: ✔️ More peace ✔️ Less stress ✔️ Stronger self-worth ✔️ The ability to attract what’s truly meant for you So today, practice it. Let them. And watch how freeing it feels. #LetThem #MelRobbins #UpliftHer #SelfLoveFirst #GrowThroughWhatYouGoThrough
