@eldaskitchen: New holiday side recipe just dropped! Gluten-free, garlicky, and topped with walnuts, bacon, and melted Swiss cheese, this green bean side recipe is dressed to impress this holiday season. 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 12 oz whole green beans, trimmed 5-6 pieces of thick-cut bacon (we use @blackfords_premium ), in large crumbles (cooked to preferred level of crispiness) 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves of garlic, minced ½ cup walnuts, chopped Salt and pepper to taste ½ cup Swiss cheese, shredded ¼ of an 8 oz bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Black Pepper Sauce 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Blanch green beans in boiling water until just fork tender, about 3-5 mins. Drain and set aside. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Cook walnuts for 3 mins, stirring occasionally. Add garlic, stirring until fragrant (about 3 mins). Add green beans and ¼ bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Black Pepper Sauce. Stir to coat walnuts in sauce, then mix ⅔ of bacon crumbles in skillet then top with Swiss cheese.
