VERY TRUE! Great topic, lady Salomey. Since 2018, I’ve been using it with softly cooked/boiled & blended eggplants (aubergine), which serves as kokonte for me. It’s delicious with any soup and protein of one’s choice. It makes you move like it’s nobody’s business.
