I have ADHD as well, although, I'm not medicated for it and I don't use a planner. I have photographuc memory, which helps alot. Like a fine wine, my memory just gets better with age! (I'm 32, btw)

If it’s not on the schedule it doesn’t exist. My daily life 😂 it’s far from organized but at least I remember it… after I forgot to check the schedule for 2 days… and I’m now using sticky notes
