@markmarshalllsh: We spend a day with an Egyptian landscaper named Moe Hamid, also known as 'Legend'. We get straight to work, planting directly into the sand and learning about their irrigation system. The safety practices are a bit different from the UK, but we power through and then enjoy some delicious local Egyptian cuisine. Afterwards, Moe takes us to the Egyptian Museum in Hurghada, where we see all kinds of fascinating artifacts, including mummies.
