Once you file a pro-se motion, for custody, they and police, are not legally allowed to be involved. File an affidavit of indigency, and CPS has to pay for your attorney

Kudos to you, sir, for standing up for your family. You handle it a little better than I would of. Cps has no authority over anyone, You have to contract with them in order for them to do anything.

They need a warrant to take your kid, make sure it’s actually signed by a judge. They did it wrong for me. Luckily I got my kids back before I knew this info though

Go to a judge’s office. Ask the secretary for 5 minutes of the judge’s time. Show him the video and explain how things unfolded. More than likely he’ll call the DA. If he doesn’t, he’s dirty too.
