@thehealthylivingjournal: Crispy Chicken - perfect to throw into salads. •2 chicken breast •1.5 cup of chicken stock •1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder and paprika •1-2 tbsp olive oil •Salt and pepper to taste In a pan add in the chicken breasts and cover with chicken stock. Let it simmer on a medium heat for 20 mins. Remove from the heat and shred with 2 forks. Add back to the pan with the seasonings and olive oil and fry until golden and crispy. You can use store the shredded chicken in the fridge until ready to cook.
