The anxious/avoidant dynamic is incredibly painful. 💔 I encourage all of us to embark on a journey of healing. Wherever that takes us in the end (with or without them) we’re gonna be okay if we heal.

Happened to me this year. Just after I got out of a 4 year narsissitic relationship. Hurt. I didn’t handle the rejection the best but I did walk away…..again. 😢
