In our group toxic behavior is from bully. Boss tries to befriend bully to not get bullied. Even tried to copy bully’s jokes and demeanor.

At 30 weeks pregnant I was told I was inefficient. That destroyed me beyond measure hearing it from someone I deeply respected. It still does and I hold on to it.

And yet most workplaces pay employees per hour rather than for productivity. Paying 2 employees exactly the same amount because of how much time they spend im a building when one works harder and is more productive than the other is the quickest way to create a workplace full of people who do the least amount they can get away with.

So glad I’m being promoted as a sup at another competitor company. Those “kids” at my current job are so lazy and such gossipers but are rewarded with the most hours. Instead I was used as a reserve
