For starters try cleaning up your diet. But use an antibacterial soap, Hibiclens for under your arms. And once you're done showering moisturize your underarms 1st then deodorant 5 minutes later.

I use witch hazel under my arms every day. I let the witch hazel air dry and then I apply my deodorant.
