Ivy League schools can be a huge waste of money. I applied to one school, was automatically accepted because my GPA started with a 3. Just be sure you want to go to University for sure.

it's bc that's not what they care about. they use SAT to make sure you can handle the content. what they want is leadership and the possibility of future impact.

Ngl its ALL about the essays my guy, as long as you have a decent GPA(3.8<) and something of a life(sports and a club/job) then what really sets you apart is your essay

I think that the only thing that sets me apart is that I have a VERY clear arc. In middle school I was hospitalized and had straight Ds, in 9th straight Bs with a few As, now in sophomore year I have one B and have joined a lot of clubs that directly oppose my hospitalization records.

I think people forget that technically doing everything write you can still get rejected, colleges are weird, maybe they just excepted to many people with your profile already, there is no guarantee

I get that people think going to an Ivy League school is gonna make you better & make a career easier, but it really isn’t. Unless ur doing law or smth, there’s plenty of FAR cheaper schools (1/2)

Ivies are for networking, and only the well off and well connected students get to do that anyway. Tons of schools are as good or better for education and life preparedness.

with ivies not only do you have to have good stats, but you need to show passion for a subject in particular. tons of ppl applying to ivies have good stats, but what makes YOU more worthy of that spot
