Remember doing workouts like this with my dad! Although he was a old school bodybuilder so it was different. Wished he was a powerlifter he knew conjugate woulda been sick on max efforts

Wow this brings back memories.I was around 10/ 11 years old my dad had a bench and some weights in the garage He taught me just basic compound lifts but they helped alot as I played alot of rugby.
