4 ingredient mini airfeyer churros!! in 10 mins?! yes please x RECIPE ❤️ So first you make a 2 ingredient dough - I used 150g fat free Greek yoghurt (not Greek ‘style’ - that’s too runny) then I added in some self raising flour, tbsps at a time 🧡 I used 5 tbsp here - you need to add it gradually as you want your dough more like a sticky thick paste instead of the more solid dough you usually get when making 2 ingredient dough. Keep adding flour as much as poss - so they don’t just taste like yoghurt - but not so much that the dough is dry. Add more yoghurt if you go too far with the flour! 💛 Then put the mix into a piping bag - mine was just a sandwich bag with a piping nozzle - but if you don’t have a nozzle just cut the corner off a sandwich bag! Your churros will be more sausage shaped 🤣 but they’ll still taste good! 💚 Put some baking paper in the airfryer, spray with oil and airfry for 5 mins at 200, then flip and do another 5 mins 💙 When they’re still hot, dip them in cinnamon sugar - I made a mix from 2 tbsp caster sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon - but I weighed my pot before and after and I only used 5g of the mix in total! But I do think it’s better to make more in a big pot so you can dip and coat better  💜 I served mine with some melted dark choc (6 squares here) - but they’re sooo yum dipped in chocolate protein yog too! I made 20 mini churros here but I usually make like 14 mid sized ones - I would say half of the batch whatever size you choose is 1 portion!
