Love this! I recommend standing on a step close to the cable so you can follow a vertical path along your shins w/ the weight load! This will max tension on the hamstrings/glutes & protect your back💛

This doesn’t have the same movement pattern as an RDL, where the weight is heaviest at the bottom of the movement. This is closer to a hip thrust, but less range of motion, so it’s meh
