Mine won't keep charge. I only get 1 hour before the battery goes flat. When they are charging they always show a red light which doesn't change to indicate they have fully charged. I must be doing something wrong.

Mine connects fine to my phone, but then the trouble starts when the Software requires Code! Theres no Device activation Code anywhere on Box, which is needed to connections to Software!

you can only use ai cool app for about 6month and you have to pay subscription. so meaning it's no longer transaction ear pods when app expires for free to use time.
