Cheesy Chicken & Potato Skillet dinner for one✨ I love making these easy dinners in my little skillet from @crackerbarrel because all you do is dump your ingredients in, & let it bake in the oven! This works well with steak & potatoes too! (Recipe below!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1 chicken breast (cubed) 1 large potato (diced) 2 tbsp olive oil (divided) Paprika to liking Onion powder to liking Garlic powder to liking Dried parsley to liking Salt/pepper to liking 3 tbsp shredded skim mozzarella 3 tbsp cheeses cheddar cheese Chopped green onions to liking for garnish (optional) Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 375F. 2. To a small skillet, add the olive oil, potatoes, & seasonings listed above to liking. Mix until the diced potato is coated in the seasonings & olive oil evenly. Bake for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. 3. Take out, add the cubed chicken, drizzle with olive oil & season again with the seasonings listed above to your liking. Bake again for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. 4. Take out, top with mozzarella and cheddar, bake again for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Take out, top with green onions & enjoy! #food #foodtiktok
