So time is relative to where you are measuring the time from comparatively. Basically if you send a crew, let's say to Mars, the time for those travelers will be moving MUCH more slowly

We are all on the same time but from the perpective of looking at a plane from afar it looks like it is flying slow. Once you’re by the massive plane you realize it’s actually faster than from afar.
