Ooo girl I use this too. I do like 3 x 1/2 pumps - 1 on forehead and each cheek. Start with once a week & moisturise twice a day then 2x a week after a month xx

Wet face! Easy to spread and soaks in way better! A dry sponge doesn’t absorb well, neither does dry skin!

It’s the same with hair products saying a ‘dime size’ amount. I have a lot of hair, that’s maybe covering 1/4 of my head 😭
