Truth….. they won’t promote you bc they need you to continue in your role. If they promote you they have to replace you with 2 or 3 more ppl.

I’ve been a boss for 30 years. We were always told by the Director when giving reviews the highest employees can receive is a “meet” expectations. Leaves room for growth.
