Lot of times it’s due to bullying sometimes it is because that person just lack empathy each situation is due to a behavior. Should always check for behavior but sometimes that person won’t display

it's cuz the teachers allow bullying. No one goes on a shooting spree unless they are having some serious issues at school. the teachers need to step up. and we gotta pay them more too.
