As much as it seems “strong” the melted yarn does not stick as well as just tying it. Although you have lump, burning it makes it crispy. I’ve done tons of these and that the yarn won’t break if tied

For people saying crunchy, won't be if you roll it quickly between hands after, for ppl saying falls apart, it won't if you do it properly, even after washing it holds up very well.
