LMNT and Relyte are great! Since my second trimester I’ve had to switch to a more potassium based electrolytes bc of swelling. I do the my journey to fit ones!

The ingredient is maltodextrin! I don’t think it’s necessary the ingredient that’s the problem, but the exorbitant amount they add😭
