the us constitution states its illegal for the federal government to own land except the forts, ports, and 7 square miles for DC. all other lands it is illegal for the federal government to own.

The state already "divests" at least one section per township on federal lands. They lease the surface rights and collect royalties on minerals. The money is for scools.

good! we need the land. it's stupid how much of utah the federal government ownes. land prices are out of control because of the incredibly low supply due to BLM owning 27% of the entire state
