CONNECTIONS, all of the job market is underground and done through friends and family, a lot of companies only put out job listings bc they are legally obligated or just to say they did

insurance industry ! there’s an abundance of jobs. it’s not just agency there’s a lot of niches like environmental underwriter etc. i found a job before even graduating!
