My Muslim colleagues are amazing, they hold the fort at Christmas, and we return the favour for Ramadan. I love them all dearly, even if they still get surprised by a present from me every year ๐

My sister is always on shift for Christmas and this is her on the childrens ward. My girl comes back singining on a loop

came in clutch at our hospital a few years ago when an arrogant kitchen manager cancelled the staff xmas shift meal without any notice it was a matter of maybe 2 hours before delicious food was supplied on mass to every department no questions asked one of the best xmas dinners I've ever had and not a turkey crown or Brussel sprout in sight ๐

my gran (Muslim) took Xmas day for like 20 years so they all got used to it, wasn't a pretty situation when she got it off for my first xmas ๐ ๐ she still talks about the arguments it caused ๐
