Yes I remember the history of British colonialism it was most certainly just embracing culture and def maybe even the utmost not destroying nations stealing resources and ruining Africa

The chef that made chicken tikka masala specifically changed the dish she was using as a base to fit British taste palette. I don’t like the guy streaming either but like it or not it’s a British dish

No, IMO it’s accurate to consider it a British dish. Is a New York slice an Italian dish? Is a hamburger a German dish? Or is Al Pastor a Lebanese dish? Does tandoori cooking make it an Uzbek dish?
