@tcenspirits: Before I give my honest review of MWM (Monsters We Make), I want to address some fans of CoryxKenshin's new or longtime supporters who seem ungrateful about Cory and his team promoting their new manga. Many in our fanbase thought we would receive a video where Cory explained the real reason for his absence: he wanted to take a break without telling us or that he was quitting YouTube. However, the plot twist is that neither of those reasons is correct. He stepped away from YouTube to work on his new manga, Monsters We Make. If this manga gains popularity, we could see an anime adaptation from Cory. After watching the video, while some fans expressed their support, many others reacted differently. I noticed some complaints regarding Cory’s hiatus, which frustrated me. One supporter even said he “could have at least given an update about when he’s coming back" or “if he’s okay.” First of all, some of you are NOT his parents. Cory is not obligated to update you about when he’ll return to YouTube or his well-being. Instead, we should be happy that he uploaded not one but two videos on YouTube. We should also be proud of him for his new manga. If you don’t want to buy the manga or feel you can’t support Cory, then that’s your choice, but don’t criticize him for his decisions.
