@trey.serna: In her decades-long career, Britney Spears has never released a Christmas album. However, in 2000, she recorded and released a holiday song, “My Only Wish (This Year).” The song was part of the compilation album Platinum Christmas. While it wasn’t released as a stand-alone single, it served as the promotional single for the album. If history has taught us anything though, the start of Britney’s career might have been the perfect time to release a holiday album. After all, despite initial reluctance, another diva did just that in the early '90s—and it proved to be the best decision of her career. #britneyspears #holidayalbum #christmas #myonlywishthisyear #mariahcarey #alliwantforchristmas #kellyclarkson #throwback #musichistory #popmusic #fyp

I love this song! ❤️To this day, I still include this on every Christmas playlist I make. This year I have been really into Cher’s DJ Play a Christmas Song. I didn’t like it originally but it’s grown on me, and now I love it. Great video! 💙
