Perfect for hot cocoa season or just by themselves ☕️☁️ Ingredients - 1/2 cup warm water - 3/4 cup gelatin - 1/2 cup water - 1/2 cup maple syrup - Pinch of salt - 1 tsp marshmallow root powder (optional) - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup arrowroot powder Instructions 1. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup warm water and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom. 2. In a pot, combine 1/2 cup water, maple syrup, and salt. Heat the mixture until just before boiling. 3. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, slowly add the maple syrup mixture to the bloomed gelatin while whisking. 4. Once fully combined, add marshmallow root and vanilla extract. Continue whisking until it reaches a fluffy, marshmallow consistency (this took me about 15 minutes). 5. Dust a container with arrowroot powder. 6. Pour the marshmallow fluff into the container and smooth the top. Let it set for a few hours or overnight. 7.
