My dad’s 2001 7.3 and my 2014 6.7 deleted both blow white smoke for the first minute after a cold start

It’s a cracked injector tip due to low fuel pressure when that happens. It showers that cylinder with fuel, causing it to over compensate like shown in that power balance diagram you have.
