Lactose Free is usually a dietary requirement and a standard at most coffee shops, I’ve never not been able to get it somewhere so I get their point tbh..

Sometimes it can be a bit too far. there's a dairy farm who was making coffees on the side and they got slammed for not having a wide array of milk alternatives

It’s interesting, in the airport outlets I work in we offer full, skim, almond, oat, LF, and soy, and I find soy tends to be the biggest underseller now that theres more alternatives available

wow that's crazy where I work soy is the least used now lactose is still pretty up there. 100% agree with your video. we have had someone say they aren't coming back because we only use takeaway cups 🤣🤣🤣🤣

interesting how different places have different preferences for milk! where i am, there’s quite a few people who get LF and we would neverrrr get rid of it

In Victoria there was/is a cafe that only used full fat milk, no faffing around, half strength, decaf etc etc. loved it. Service was fast, coffee & food great & their profit margins were good.

i personally get lactose free milk but like if a place didn’t offer it i would just try a different milk or go with regular milk, i wouldn’t complain about it
