@ruhamasfood: WARM ROASTED CABBAGE SALAD! There is nothing that I like more than roasted cabbage! SO GOOD😍 The avocado za’atar dressing is definitely a game changer in this salad, plus it’s VEGAN! Recipe: Ingredients- 1 green cabbage, cut to thin slices 1 sweet onion, cut to thin slices 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper 5 tablespoons of olive oil Avocado dressing ingredients- 2 garlic cloves 1/4 jalapeño without the seeds Handful of cilantro 1 avocado Juice from 1 lemon 1 teaspoon of za’atar 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper 4 tablespoons of olive oil 1/4 cup of water Put all the ingredients in a small food processor and process to a smooth dressing. Garnish- chopped cilantro and a touch of sumac Method- 1. Preheat the oven to 420F / 220C. 2. On a baking pan with parchment paper put the sliced cabbage and onion. 3. Add the seasoning and mix it well. Massage it with your hands. 4. Spread it evenly on the baking sheet. 5. Bake it in the oven on 420F for 25 minutes. 6. Transfer to convection broil on 450F for 7-8 minutes until the cabbage is golden and crisp. 7. Put the roasted cabbage in a nice bowl. 8.
