I waited 15 minuets for someone to get something out of a case for me then they just handed me the item. I feel like that defeated the entire purpose of having it in the case.

Get this, I was trying to buy ear buds one day. I had to wait for someone to come to me, just for them to say they needed to find the key. They come back 20 minutes later saying someone took the key home. wtf!

My personal best I’ve seen was at a Walmart in Texas, and the fingernail clippers were locked behind glass. And it was a small town, not even a super Walmart

One time I needed certain vitamins. Waited an hour for someone to come unlock the plastic casing. Got tired of waiting. Broke a small part of the casting. Got the vitamins and went to check out. 😂😅

They have essentials locked up like toothpaste or deodorant locked up where I am but not the expensive things like some of the stuff in electronics. The more expensive electronics are locked up.

This is why I order online for pick up which is another issue altogether. Things in stock are “out of stock” all of the sudden. 💀😂

at my walamrt in the make up you have to find someone to unlock razor heads. and nail clippers. then if you have more shopping to do, they put it in a little box that you can't open at checkout..

Waited for 30 mins for someone to grab a knife from a case once, said they had to put stock in the back and they would be back to grab it for me. Waited for another 15 mins 1/2

Oh, that was me two nights ago. I needed a $13 headlight bulb I finally found four dysfunctional employees trying to stock one item on the shelf in the toy aisle. They eventually helped me out.
