CAULIFLOWER CHOISEEE🧀🧀 - 1- 1.5kg cauliflower head - 70g butter - 3 tbsp plain flour - 1 cup milk - 1 cup cream - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp white pepper - 1/4tsp- 1/2tsp freshly grated nutmeg - 2 cups cheese, grated (I used cheddar, gruyère and red Leicester) Method - Preheat oven 200°C (fan) and roast cauli for 20-30 mins or until your liking - Turn down oven to 190°C (fan) - Melt butter and add flour, cook this for 3-4 minutes this is essential or your cauli cheese will taste like flour ❌⭕️ - Heat up the milk and cream in a saucepan till just hot and add bit by bit to the roux (you can do it all at once but it's harder too incorporate) - Bake cauli cheese at 190°C for 25 mins, then 5 more mins and turn on the grill to get a crispy top (watch it, don't burn it ;)
