Cosplaying Gale of Waterdeep was never something I had planned. At first, I felt like the character was a little bland, because I hadn't really cared to get into his backstory much. But after I cosplayed Halsin, I kept hearing so many of you say how much I look like Gale, so I figured I'd give it a shot. And honestly? The more I got into it, the more I realized how much of myself I could see in Professor Dekarios. Bringing him to life, especially with all the magic and depth that defines his character, was a really fun experience. His story is one of power, responsibility, and sacrifice—a fine line between brilliance and danger, and that's what makes him so compelling. Capturing that intensity in these photos wasn't easy, but I wanted to show the true weight of someone who's tied so deeply to the Weave and constantly at odds with what it demands of him. It's been an exciting experience to embody a character with such a strong presence, and seeing your reactions has made it all the more special. So, to everyone who asked me to cosplay him-thank you.
