I'm 38 years old, a law firm owner, a mom, and a wife... and I'm not afraid to admit that: Some days, balancing it all—managing my firm, practicing law, being present for my family, and finding time for myself—feels nearly impossible. The thought of adding another baby brings both longing (I miss those early years!) and anxiety.
