it's a fine line between helping & being taken advantage of. But nana seems like she has checked out of being a parent or grandparent, I couldn't hear my child say they're scared & still say no.

Wow. I do have to set some boundaries because I tend to over extend myself I have 9 grandkids. But my kids can call on me 24 /7 if they need me I’m there !! There seven days inthe week they get 4

My mom absolutely loves my child. With that being said, yrs before getting pregnant, she warned me she wouldn't be babysitting. She gets anxious since taking care of one of her grandkids.

My mum has her own life and she loves looking after her grandchildren every now and then. if it was constantly then I agree if it's once in a while then shouldn't family come first.

My mum could never tell me no. My grandmother helped her and I expect the same support. Glad I have a non selfish mum. Parenting doesn’t stop when they move out it’s for life.

my grandson is 3 months old and I jump at any chance to see him and yes I've had him over night 1 night whilst we was away to give my daughter a full night's sleep as she means the world to me!
