Maybe people have different perceptions of words. 'Quite good' means it's good. It's not great, but it is good. It's a recommendation. Saying 'Sorry' is a polite start when interrupting somebody.

I’m in Norwegian who has lived most of my adult life in the UK and I have learned these now. The problem is when I go back to Norway and speak like a Brit. People think I’m passive aggressive.😂
