One major caveat ⬇️ This only works when you are concentrating your efforts/targetting growth in a few select areas. Fitness Dailies are not a full-body workout. If you did one fitness daily for each muscle group, it wouldn’t be a small investment of time per day (which is the most attractive aspect of fitness dailies) and you might as well adopt a full-on traditional workout split. Concentrating your efforts and targetting growth in this way is for 2 situations. 1, you are new to fitness and you don’t want to spread yourself thin and would rather get some quick results in a few areas versus few results in all areas, or 2, you are not a fitness newcomer, you already have a full-on split/training program and you are just looking to pick up the slack in areas where you are lacking. These are the two situations I’ve used fitness dailies. They helped me get into fitness, and they have helped me rebalance my physique numerous times once fully rolling.
