Again as I pointed out on another video along the lines… “caught up” is the Greek work harpadzo which the Vulgate uses the Latin word Rapturo. A pre-trib rapture was taught as early as 40 AD

But this passage is Jesus the bridegroom coming for His bride (the church). The groom always takes the bride from where she lives, to live with Him. We go with Jesus to heaven, then marriage supper

The verse, 'one taken the other left behind' isn't saying that the one taken has raptured to heaven, read in context it compares the ones taken to the ones swept away by the flood.

I have always believed that the rapture means exactly what you just said. Being caught up in the air to meet Jesus and escort him to rule the earth. I haven’t heard that it would imply leaving.
