Hair mask in a bun all day shower let it air dry before bed then only use hairstyles that don’t include heat on your hair . Then you hair won’t be stiff or crunchy or thin. Be kind to your hair

That wow spray is heat activated - so it is doing absolutely nothing when letting it air dry

It looks like that when it air dries because you apply heat everyday. I think if you leave it be it will grow and then you will have more healthy hair
